Teppo Rantala works at Haaga-Helia as Director in the Competences responsibility area and is a member of the Management Group. He is responsible for the development of Haaga-Helia's educational offering for the needs of degree education, continuous learning, and commercial activities.
Rantala also has 20 years of practical experience in sports coaching and continues to work as a coach. In her licentiate thesis, Rantala studied the development of a sense of responsibility in secondary school students through physical education. In addition to his professional education, he has completed advanced studies in education at the University of Jyväskylä and the VIA Group - Senior Leadership in Action education programme.
