In the age group of young people under 25, Haaga-Helia emerged this year as the most well-known university of applied sciences. The Police University Colllege is the second best known among young people, with Diakonia University of Applied Sciences in third place.

Haaga-Helia also attracts quite a lot of young people as a place to study, second among all universities of applied sciences. According to young respondents, the most interesting university of applied sciences is Tampere University of Applied Sciences. In third place is the Police University College.

In contrast, Haaga-Helia was the most interesting university for adults aged 25-64. The second most interesting university of applied sciences among adult respondents is Tampere University of Applied Sciences and the third most interesting is Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.

– It is great that Haaga-Helia has become the most well-known university of applied sciences among young people. The great interest of adults also strengthens our position. We remain committed to providing all our students with the highest quality education possible, comments Teemu Kokko, President of Haaga-Helia.

According to the Taloustutkimus' press release, it is interesting to note that there are no significant differences between age groups in terms of the most attractive universities, with the same institutions holding the top positions with roughly similar percentages.
