Planning your timetable 

Timetables can be viewed using Lukkarikone, where you can search for implementations using an implementation’s name or ID, a group ID or implementation type as the search criteria. The implementation types and their descriptions can be found in Lukkarikone user instructions.

PLEASE NOTE! Updating and sending your PSP for approval, and making your personal timetable using Lukkarikone, do not replace implementation enrolments. 

Implementation enrolment 

Enrolment for autumn term 2024 implementations starts on Wednesday 15.5.2024 8 am and ends on Thursday 23.5.2024 at 4 pm. After the enrolment time has ended, students will be accepted to implementations according to the rules imposed by Degree Regulations 5§  – not in the order of enrolment.

Please note that if there are not enough students enrolled on an implementation during enrolment time, the implementation may be cancelled. Implementations may be cancelled due to low number of participants even if the enrolments were first confirmed after the enrolment time. 

From 8 am on 3.6.2024, you can enrol for implementations that still have available seats or enrol to queue for implementations that are full. This is the post-enrolment. In the post-enrolment, students are accepted to implementations in the order of enrolment. 

Enrolment for first semester studies opens on 12.8.2024 at 8 am. Please note that first-semester students have priority for their implementations. 

Instructions regarding implementation enrolment 

Please note that the student must confirm his or her place for the implementation by attending the first teaching session or notifying the teacher of any absence (excluding nonstop or virtual implementations, for which the student confirms his or her enrolment by another method announced by the teacher). At the beginning, the teacher removes from the implementation those students who do not attend the class or report their absence. Students will no longer be removed later on from the implementation. All students will be given a grade (Fail-Excellent).
